Important information you need to read before booking your appointment
****Please note that when making your appointment you must select your degree. If it is not listed in the drop-down menu, we will not have your hood on location. You will need to request it from the bookstore no later than 1-2 weeks prior to your appointment.
For Class of 2023 grads, appointments will open in the Fall (October) of 2022. If you are in your final year of study, you should book your grad photos as soon as possible. This is for anyone graduating in the Spring or Fall in 2023.
The sitting fee is $50, which includes time with the photographer, proofs emailed directly to you, and a copy of your class composite. If you are a getting a double degree or a have a second major, you can purchase a second class composite for $10. Please choose, “Grad Session Including Two Composite photos for Double Degree/Double Major” from the drop-down list and also indicate for which degree you are being photographed in the “Notes” section near the end of this booking process.
Photographers will not be accepting any payments on location.
Composites are included in your sitting fee and will be provided to all students who have their photos taken by early March 2023. Photos taken by this time will be included on their class composite and Yearbook. If you miss this deadline, you will still be able to have your photos taken but will not be included in the yearbook or composite.
If you wish to purchase the second composite, please choose “Grad Session Including Two Composite photos for Double Degree/Double Major”.

We ask that you arrive no later than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time as the photographers will need to sign you in and complete some paperwork before your photos can be taken.
Proofs will be emailed to you – please come prepared with an email address to which you would like them sent.
If you arrive late for your appointment there is no guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you.

What do I wear to my sitting?
A Black gown and your degree sash will be provided for you. Please wear a white collared shirt (and tie if you like) or a V-neck t-shirt that will hide under the gown. Photographers will not be providing shirts.
*****Please note that if you are a PhD graduate or your degree was not listed in the drop-down menu when making your appointment, the gown, sash, and cap will need to be requested by you from the bookstore at least 1-2 weeks prior to your appointment. *****
Can I bring props?
Yes, you can bring props for your grad photos. Bring items that mean something special to you. A graduation cap, scroll and flowers will be provided. But you are welcome to bring your own!
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately, No Animals are not allowed as props. Service animals are allowed in the photography space.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes, students can bring a guest with them however due to the limited time for your appointment we will not be taking any friend or family photos.
What if I don’t want to be on the class composite? Do I get a discount on the price?
No. The charge is for your sitting fee, the photographer’s time, and proofs emailed to you. If you do not want your photo on the composite due to privacy concerns, please talk to the photographer at the time of your appointment.
When will I receive my proofs?
Your proofs will be emailed to you in approximately 10-14 business days.
