Grad photos will be located at 150 King St. West, Toronto (27TH FLOOR , S6 boardroom)
Important information you need to read before booking your appointment
For Class of 2024 grads, appointments will open in the Fall (October) of 2023. If you are in your final year of study, you should book your grad photos as soon as possible. This is for anyone graduating in the Spring or Fall in 2024.
The sitting fee is $35, which includes time with the photographer, proofs emailed directly to you, and a copy of your class composite.
Photographers will not be accepting any payments on location.
Composites are included in your sitting fee and will be provided to all students who have their photos taken by early March 2024. Photos taken by this time will be included on their class composite and Yearbook. If you miss this deadline, you will still be able to have your photos taken but will not be included in the yearbook or composite.
Please read the important information below about your upcoming appointment.
We ask that you arrive no later than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time as the photographers will need to sign you in and complete some paperwork before your photos can be taken.
Proofs will be emailed to you – please come prepared with an email address to which you would like them sent.
If you arrive late for your appointment there is no guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you.

What do I wear to my sitting?
A Black gown and your degree sash will be provided for you. Please wear a white collared shirt (and tie if you like) or a V-neck t-shirt that will hide under the gown. Photographers will not be providing shirts.
Can I bring props?
Yes, you can bring props for your grad photos. Bring items that mean something special to you. A graduation cap, scroll and flowers will be provided. But you are welcome to bring your own!
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately, No Animals are not allowed as props. Service animals are allowed in the photography space.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes, students can bring a guest with them however due to the limited time for your appointment we will not be taking any friend or family photos.
What if I don’t want to be on the class composite? Do I get a discount on the price?
No. The charge is for your sitting fee, the photographer’s time, and proofs emailed to you. If you do not want your photo on the composite due to privacy concerns, please talk to the photographer at the time of your appointment.
When will I receive my proofs?
Your proofs will be emailed to you in approximately 10-14 business days.
