Western University – Faculty of Law Grad Portraits
Grad photos will be taken in the third floor student lounge.
Pegasus photographers will provide all regalia required for the portrait session. We suggest the student wear apparel that is light weight under the regalia, such as a tee shirt.
Rescheduling Fee:
To avoid this fee, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel /reschedule your appointment. No exceptions. This allows us to offer the time slot to another student in need of our services.
**By choosing to do a re-take session…
By choosing to do a re-take session, you are acknowledging that your original photo session will be overwritten. You will have NO access to those original photos once your re-take session has taken place.

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment!
We encourage students to book now because spots fill up fast!
You will be asked to pay the $25 sitting fee when you book your appointment online. Your $25 sitting fee covers your 10-minute photo session with a professional photographer
It is tradition that Western Graduates be photographed with Tabs. The photographer will supply the shirts, and Tabs for each Law sitting. They also supply all the Western Law Regalia as well as graduation caps, flowers etc. We also provide an image of each student for the yearbook. It is suggested that you wear a tee shirt or something of the sort that will not be bulky under the regalia. If you have a relevant prop that is meaningful for you, you may have it photographed with you in the regalia. No pets are allowed unfortunately!
Each student photographed will receive their own 16 x 20 printed copy of the grad class composite. Traditionally, distributed by the Faculty at Convocation.
Please note that your appointment is for individuals only, no group pictures.
Students are asked to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment to be processed and to put on the regalia.
The proofs will be sent to your email in about a week from the day you are photographed. You will have the option to purchase your photos online. Every student will receive a complimentary class composite.
